CONDITION :

Two strips of tape along the top edge (near both corners) and the longest is 13 cm, two 10 cm strips of tape along the bottom edge (near both corners), two 2 cm tears on the top edge, two small tears and mild creasing on the right edge, very mild creasing on the left edge, very mild fold wear, tiny Brown patch on the top horizontal fold line (a couple of inches away from the right edge), otherwise very good.
