CONDITION :

11 cm tear from the top edge downward (near left corner), 1 cm edge tear also on the top edge, three tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, two patches of blu-tac residue near the bottom left corner and one near the bottom right corner, patch of blu-tac residue on the bottom edge (just right of the right vertical fold line), blu-tac residue/grease marks on the back of each corner and edge centers (some has been removed causing a little paper thinning where it has taken the surface layer of paper with it), very mild fold wear, small spot of blu-tac residue just left of the Anthony Perkins credit at the top, Otherwise Good.
