CONDITION :

1 cm tear on the top edge (near left corner) and a smaller tear near the right corner, 4 cm crease across the top left corner, small tear and a couple of extremely tiny tears on the right edge, two tiny tears and light creasing along the bottom, 13 cm strip of tape on the back of the center of the left vertical fold line (possibly reinforcing a tear at the intersection) this not noticeable on the front, extremely mild fold wear (creasing around and between some of the fold intersections including a couple of creases going through Perkins’s face) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise very good!
