CONDITION :
Extremely mild creasing and very slight Browning to the tip of the top and left edges, a couple of extremely tiny tears on the left edge, very mild fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines), long but light crease across both bottom corners, light diagonal creases around the bottom of the center vertical fold line, a few light surface creases, Otherwise Very Good!
