CONDITION :
Approximately 5 pinholes near every corner, a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, extremely mild creasing on the left and bottom edges, two small tears on the right edge, light creasing to the corner tips, fold wear including a tiny tear at each of the three fold intersections plus white stress marks on all fold lines (note there are three horizontal fold lines), otherwise good.
