CONDITION :
1 cm tear along with approximately 4 tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, light diagonal creases across each corner, two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild edge wear on the left edge, some surface creasing near the both side edges (some dark print transferred onto some of the creases), surface creasing just below the top edge (again some dark print transferred onto some of the creases), light creasing around the left fold intersection, otherwise very good!
