CONDITION :
Creasing to the top corners, two tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, light creasing to the bottom of the left edge including a tiny white surface crease just left of the knee, white stress marks on the fold line across the center, the title has been written on the back in Biro and the pressure from the pen has very lightly embossed the surface on the front (just above the center of the left edge area), otherwise very good.
