Approx 1cm has been trimmed from the top edge reducing the overall dimensions slightly, Some fold wear (stress lines on the fold lines and a small tear at the center fold intersection), Approx four large water stains around the "QU" of the title (more noticeable if held to light), Surface has a few small creases, Tape residue on the back of the top corners.
