CONDITION :

3cm tear at the top edge (right of center), tiny edge tear on the left edge, light crease across bottom left corner, 1cm edge tear and a couple of extremely tiny tears on the right edge, mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the bottom fold intersection, vertical crease between the top and bottom fold intersections (just left of the center vertical fold line), a little dark print has transferred into the outer border in some places, Otherwise Very Good.
