1.5 cm tear with surrounding creasing on the left edge, 2 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the tip of the top left corner, tiny tear and moderate creasing on the top edge including some surface creasing just below (mostly near the right corner), small crease at the top of the right edge, three small tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, blu-tac grease stain below the first and last word in the TO BECOME A CHEF text, blu-tac grease stain a couple of inches below either end of the website address, otherwise good.
