CONDITION :

Poster was never trimmed down to size hence the plain borders at the edges and it still has the original trimming guide marks near the corners. Water staining on the back of the poster throughout the left side and a little on the right (not particularly visible on the front except for a few light surface wrinkles, but there is some light browning and a few grey spots of damp in the left border), 1 cm edge tear and a couple of dark black print spots in the left border, 7 cm tear and a 5 cm tear from the bottom edge upward, 1 cm tear and five smaller tears also on the bottom edge, several colour ink fingermarks throughout the bottom border, long crease across the bottom left corner, small creases across all the other corners, two 2 cm edge tears and a couple of smaller tears along with moderate creasing on the top edge, small spot of print loss just right of the head of the boy at the center, a couple of well-defined jagged surface crease marks along with numerous other surface creases throughout the bottom of the poster, very mild fold wear, a few white surface creases near the edges, otherwise okay. Personally I would trim the poster down to the intended size using the guide lines.
