Small edge tear and mild edge wear on the left edge, extremely tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, two small edge tears and moderate creasing on the left of the top edge, five faint blu-tac rings near the top edge (1-2 between each of the vertical fold lines), long diagonal crease across the top left corner, very mild fold wear, surface crease between the center and right vertical fold lines (just above the center horizontal fold line), Otherwise Very Good!
