CONDITION :

Approximately 11 small tears around the top of the right edge (none larger than 1 cm), some blue print has transferred onto the tip of the top edge, approximately 6 tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, a lot of dark blueish print has transferred into the bottom of the left and right borders and also throughout the bottom border, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), some light surface scuffing on an around the bottom horizontal fold line and the bottom quarter of the center vertical fold line, otherwise very good.
