CONDITION :

A couple of tiny tears and very mild creasing on the right edge, tiny tear at the center of the top edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, crease across both bottom corners, a little blue print has transferred onto the top edge, darker blueish print has transferred into the bottom quarter of the left and right borders and also throughout the bottom white border, 5 cm horizontal blue print/scuff line near the bottom of the left border, fold wear including a 1 cm tear at the center fold intersection plus stress marks on all fold lines, scuffing on an around the bottom horizontal fold line and the bottom quarter of the center vertical fold line, otherwise very good.
