2cm edge tear at the left edge center, mild edge wear with some discoloration to the edge tip and a tiny edge tear on the left edge (bottom), tiny edge tear at the bottom center, a little dark print has transferred into the outer border in places, mild fold wear including a 4cm tear across the center fold intersection and stress marks on the fold lines (quite heavy stress marks along the bottom horizontal fold line and around the bottom of the center vertical fold line), Otherwise Very Good
