CONDITION :

7 cm tear from the right edge inwards (has tape adhesive staining around it as there is tape on the back), 1 cm tear and mild creasing also on the right edge, 7 cm tear on the left edge (again has tape adhesive staining around it due to tape on the back), 1 cm tear and mild creasing also on the left edge, tiny tear on the top edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines) note there are three horizontal fold lines, surface crease just below the left eye, otherwise good.
