5cm jagged tear from the top edge downward (left of center), two small edge tears also on the top edge, tiny edge tear and a few small creases on the left edge, crease across bottom left corner, 3cm tear at the bottom of the center vertical fold, three small brown marks in the right border (near top), a little blue print has transferred into the top border, 7x4cm water stain in the top border (left of center), additional vertical fold lines between the center vertical fold and the side edges, mild fold wear, Otherwise Good.
