CONDITION :

Two additional vertical fold lines either side of the center vertical fold (both of these have heavy white stress marks on and around them along with surrounding creasing), two additional faint horizontal fold lines either side of the center fold (there are a few white stress marks on these also), light 3 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, extremely mild creasing on the bottom half of the right edge, small crease across the bottom corners, otherwise okay but the white stress marks on and around the additional folds are intrusive.
