CONDITION :
Light surface crease patch near the top edge (left of center), faint 15 cm horizontal crease line just below the top edge (left), the right and bottom edges have a very slight rough finish to the tip of the edge in places (as though the printers guillotine was a little blunt when cut), very mild edge wear on the bottom of the left edge, extremely slight yellowing to the top border, light creasing around the right vertical fold line (due to being folded slightly out of alignment and refolded), light creasing around some the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), slight Browning to the back of the top of the right vertical fold line which is very lightly visible on the front, otherwise excellent!
