Two 8 cm tears from the left edge inwards (either side of center), approximately three tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, two small tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny Brown spot of damp on the tip of the top right corner, mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center fold intersection on the right vertical fold line along with stress marks on most folds (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good.
