2 cm tear along with approximately 7 small tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge (right), extremely mild creasing on the top edge (a little blue print has transferred onto the creases), some dark print has transferred into the white background near the left edge (above the first two tall buildings), two dark spots in the white background above the central building on the right, some surface creasing within the first letter of the title (a little brownish print has transferred onto the creasing), a little Brown print has also transferred into the “O” of “RIGHTEOUS”, otherwise good.
