CONDITION :

4 cm tear on the right edge (has acid free tape on the back), two 2 cm tears along with a 1.5 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the top edge along with very mild creasing, 7 cm diagonal white crease line on the bottom edge (near left corner), tiny tear near the bottom of the left edge and a tiny crease near the top, 4 cm vertical crease along with several smaller creases within the first 6 inches (15 cm) of the left of the poster, small thick white stress marks within the central area of the tree landscape on the left, and another within the central area of the tree landscape on the right, otherwise okay.
