CONDITION :

2 cm tear on the top edge with a little surrounding creasing (left), small Brown print stain along with a couple of small black print spots in the right border (below center), 3 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing to the left edge, small Brown print stain and a couple of light black print lines within the bottom of the left border, a couple of small dark print marks in the top border (near right corner), 1 to 2 pinholes near every corner and the center of the top and bottom edges, extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), very faint 12 x 2 cm water stain on the back of the top half of the right vertical fold line and there is a similar sized very faint water stain on the back of the bottom half of the right and center vertical fold lines (none of the staining is visible on the front even if held to light), otherwise excellent!
