CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the top edge (a little dark print transferred onto some of the creasing), 1 cm tear along with moderate creasing along the bottom (including within the bottom white border), mild creasing on the side edges, small light crease across each corner, additional creasing around the left and right vertical fold lines (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), small dark print mark in the top left corner, fold wear (white stress marks on and around all fold lines and fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, some dark print has transferred onto the bottom fold intersection of the left vertical fold line (within the A of AMIN), otherwise very good.
