7 x 5 cm piece cut from the bottom right corner, very mild creasing on the right edge, light creasing at the top of the vertical fold lines, title written on the back of the top edge in Biro (this has embossed the surface of the front), light creasing around the left and right fold intersections, otherwise very good.
