4cm x 2cm piece torn from right edge (above 1st fold line from bottom), 4 tiny staple holes in each corner & at edge centers, also 2 dead center, 2 of the staple holes have torn together (top right corner), Tape residue on Right corners, 2 fold lines (Bottom & Left), Mild fold & edge wear, A couple of tiny white print cracks.
