CONDITION :

Patch of blu-tac residue? Near the top of the left vertical fold line (above the “corruption” text), mild edge wear including a tiny spot of paper lift around the center of the top edge, 1 cm tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines… Note the fold lines are not particularly straight), additional creasing around some of the fold lines (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded… Particularly around the edges of the center horizontal fold line), 3 cm white surface crease through the top of the “R” in the title, a few small white surface creases near the right edge, several tiny spots of print loss in the background between the “corruption” and “Civil War” text on the left, 2 cm grease stain near the left edge (below center in the lighter smoke area), small grease stain within the top of the “P” of the title, otherwise okay.
