Pinhole near both top corners, two pinholes near the right edge (a few inches above the last letter of the title), two pinholes a few inches above the first letter of the title (one is just within the main picture), 20 cm light diagonal crease across the top left corner, some additional surface creasing around the top left corner, extremely mild creasing on the top edge, some light surface creasing just below the top edge, light 3 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, extremely mild edge wear on the right edge, a couple of tiny light spots in the blue background near the bottom of the left edge, slightly diagonal crease line to the side of both the left and right vertical fold lines (due to being folded slightly out of alignment and refolded), extremely mild fold wear (creasing around some the fold intersections), title written on the back in Biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good!
