Not folded particularly straightly, additional fold near the left edge (slightly diagonal), three tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, three extremely tiny edge tears on the right edge, very mild edge wear on the top edge, tiny edge tear on the left edge, mild fold wear including 3 small tears on the center vertical fold line, tiny faint stain spot just above the bottom white border (left of center), Otherwise Very Good.
