Tiny spot of blu-tac residue near the center of the right edge, approximately 12 tiny tears and mild/moderate creasing along the bottom edge (mostly on the right), extremely tiny tear on the left edge, very light surface creasing around the corners along with extremely faint blu-tac residue, otherwise very good.
