CONDITION :

7cm tear down the right corner with a 3cm piece missing from the top, 8cm strip of tape on the top edge, 11cm white patch strip on the top edge where the print layer has torn away due to tape removal, 2cm edge tear and a small edge tear on the top edge, two tiny edge tears on the left edge, pinhole near the top left corner (has torn slightly), 2cm and a 1cm edge tear on the bottom edge (near left corner) plus a smaller tear a little further along, pinhole near the left edge center and two near the right edge center, pinhole between the top of the “XA” in the title (has torn slightly), mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line, Otherwise OK.
