CONDITION :

Mild edge wear, tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, , 1cm edge tear on the top edge, twelve faint 6cm diagonal crease lines evenly spaced along the top edge, a couple of faint green print error patches above the “M” and “S” in “TOM SELLECK” plus one just left of the title, surface creases between the top fold intersections on both the left and right vertical fold lines across to the center vertical fold line (just below the top horizontal fold line), some tiny white speckles in the black border near the bottom right corner, mild fold wear, light fingermarks near the bottom left corner, Otherwise Very Good.
