CONDITION :
1 cm patch of print loss on the right (a couple of inches below the “street” text), small tear on the top edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild edge wear on the left edge, extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, crease across the bottom right corner, pinhole near the top of the left edge, extremely mild fold wear, surface is very lightly wrinkled throughout, some dark print has transferred onto the fold lines within the white lettering of “Saigon”, Otherwise Very Good.
