CONDITION :

Surface is quite wrinkled/creased throughout including some white stress marks (particularly along the bottom), a couple of tiny tears and creasing on the top edge, 3 cm tear and creasing on the left edge, four small tears and creasing on the bottom edge, moderate edge wear and creasing on the right edge, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, fold wear (white stress marks on and around the fold lines), two pinholes near the top left corner, otherwise okay.
