CONDITION :
Extremely mild creasing at the top edge of the left vertical fold line, pinhole near every corner (all are a couple of inches inward of the edges and all have a light ring impression around them from the original drawing pin), light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise excellent!
