CONDITION :

Approximately four tiny tears and heavy creasing to the top half of the right edge, mild creasing to the bottom half of the right edge, a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing to the left edge, small crease across the bottom left corner, very light creasing along the top and bottom, very faint Brown spots of damp just above the last “E” in “Steve” at the top, otherwise good.
