CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear on the left edge, small dark print mark just above the top black border (left of the top of the left vertical fold line), a couple of small dark print marks on both side edges, very light creasing to the top edge, light creasing between the left and center vertical fold lines (either side of the horizontal folds), note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise excellent!
