CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the side edges, a little dark print has transferred onto the left of the center horizontal fold line and around the left edge, 2 to 6 pinholes near every corner (some have torn slightly), additional pinhole in the black background below the “a” in “Paul”, mild fold wear including a small tear near the top of the center vertical fold line and stress marks on the fold lines, tiny grease spot just below the bottom left of the doorway, title written on the back in biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good.
