Extremely mild creasing on the left edge, tiny edge tear and mild edge wear on the right edge, mild fold wear including a small tear at both the left and right fold intersections and stress marks on the fold lines, a few small faint powdery marks just right of the “arrived” quote, Otherwise Very Good.
