CONDITION :
Extremely mild creasing around the top center, very light creasing to the tip of the top right corner, creasing between the center and right vertical fold lines (just below the center horizontal fold) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, a little blu-tac grease on the back of the corners and the back of the edges of the left and right vertical fold lines (not noticeable on front), otherwise excellent!
