CONDITION :

2 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and moderate/heavy creasing to the bottom half of the right edge, 9 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, a little faint yellowish print has transferred into the white background around both left corners, additional crease around the bottom half of the right vertical fold line due to being folded slightly out of alignment and refolded, extremely mild fold wear (creasing around some the fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, a little pink print has transferred onto the center fold intersection of the left vertical fold line, a few random light surface creases here and there, otherwise very good!
