CONDITION :

Approximately five 1 cm tears and six smaller tears on the bottom edge along with moderate/heavy creasing, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the right edge, a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge (some dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), moderate creasing on/around the left edge, a few light surface creases, otherwise good.
