CONDITION :
2 cm tear near the center of the left edge, tiny tear and moderate creasing on the bottom edge (some dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing), mild creasing on the top and right edges, 1 cm tear on the top edge, some dark print has transferred into the white background around both top corners, a couple of spots of dark print in the white background near the bottom corners, fold wear including a 2 cm tear at the center fold intersection plus heavy stress marks on all fold lines, fold lines have yellowed slightly, otherwise good.
