Extremely mild creasing on the top edge, 3 cm horizontal crease line just below the top edge (near right corner), 4 cm horizontal crease line just above the bottom edge (near right corner), small patch of print loss and very mild edge wear on the bottom edge, tiny speck of print loss just below the ONLY text near the bottom, extremely tiny tear near the top of the left edge, a little blu-tac grease on the back of the corners (not noticeable on front), otherwise good.
