Black mark on the bottom edge (just right of the left fold line), grubby mark just above the bottom edge center, 2cm edge tear and three tiny edge tears on the top edge, grubby marks around the top corners, numerous surface crease marks mostly across the center and down the left side, additional fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, mild fold wear, some dark print has been attracted to some of the fold lines and creases, title has been written on the back in pencil but it has embossed the front, Otherwise Very Good.
