Approx four tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, small crease across bottom right corner, 1cm edge tear and a small edge tear on right edge, several grubby marks around the top right corner and a few around the top left corner, grubby marks around the bottom (just right of the left fold line), Dark print has transferred onto and around the fold line making them appear grubby, Fold wear (stress marks on and around the fold lines plus a pinhole sized tear at the fold intersections), numerous tiny surface creases (mostly in the bottom half), Otherwise OK
