CONDITION :

Additional creasing around every fold line due to being folded out of alignment and refolded (note some of the additional crease lines veer off at a slight diagonal), mild fold wear including three small tear across the right vertical fold line (above the title level) along with white stress marks in places on several of the folds, small tear and mild creasing on the top edge, 2 cm tear at the center of the right edge, tiny tear and mild creasing also on the right edge, 2 cm tear just below the center of the left edge, light creasing to all four corners, two small white crease marks in the green background just above the bottom center, otherwise very good.
