CONDITION :

Tiny crease across the tip of the top left corner, extremely tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, a few tiny faint Brown spots of damp (foxing) along the top edge (mostly on the right), very light diagonal crease from just above the center of the left edge up to the top edge, some additional light surface creasing in the white background near the top left corner, tiny surface tear in the left edge of the stairs (just left of the left fold intersection on the center horizontal fold line), extremely mild fold wear (light creasing around some the fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise excellent!
