Approx eight faint stains around the bottom left corner area (possibly fingermarks), Two creases across both top corners and four at the top center, Mild edge wear / creasing and approx. six tiny edge tears on the right edge, 1cm edge tear on the top edge (left), some creasing around some of the fold intersections, some faint red print marks in the bottom right corner section, backs of some of the fold lines have browned a little (Not noticeable on the front) , Otherwise Very Good.
