CONDITION :

Small edge tear and mild edge wear on the bottom edge, a couple of tiny edge tears and moderate creasing to the top edge (right), a few small white crease / stress marks near the left and right edges, 8cm wide water stain from the right edge across into “R” in the title and down to the bottom edge, blu-tac has been removed from the back of the corners taking a little surface paper with it, Otherwise Good.
